I expected so much more from this resort especially as a fellow Jamaican. The staff was extremely disrespectful and took a very long time to respond for amenities. It seems that the resort rooms are not maintained regularly due to the air conditioner not working and refrigerator breaking down as well. In addition, the pool was not maintained properly as we saw vomit in the pool for 2 days while there. For the amount of money that was spent, I truly expected better than what was received.

The property is huge and beautiful. Has a big wrap around pool. The property is very big. My villa was pretty far from the main area so I appreciate the gulf carts doing drop offs and pick ups. They even had a pool and bar at the end of the villa where my room was. The staff were so nice and friendly and helpful. It was very nice

Very Dissatisfied

This is my 3rd time here. This time around, the staff was not as friendly. For 2 days, housekeeping barely cleaned the room and did not leave any face or hand towels. Multiple times I contacted guest relations with no answer. After finally getting them on the phone, I requested towels twice and once in person at the counter and still received none. Moot even a floor towel. The reservation process is not good and although I had reserved, it did not go through. Upon entering my room, there was still the previous guests clothes on the balcony. This will most likely be my last stay here after spending thousands of dollars on this particular trip. Very unsatisfied.

I booked a villa which sleeps 4 people had to pay extra for my 3 year old grandson .It was only 3 guests . Staff was not friendly my Expedia concierge was never available to me in my time of need . The water I’m my bathroom sink was stagnant would go down . They took 2 days to fix it . My room had a sewer smell. Didn’t like the facilities everything closed so early like the pool and restaurants . The employees didn’t seem happy with their jobs. My checkout experience was a nightmare . They didn’t want to let me off the property because the checkout agent kept my card . I had to create a scene in order for the staff to figure it out . I will never stay at this hotel or its affiliated properties . I had a horrible experience

This was a great vacation the hotel was so clean, fun and the quality of the food was amazing . The pool and beach area was so beautiful and the great entertainment was epic

Unfortunately, our experience was far from what we expected. During our entire stay, we didn’t have working AC in our room, and on the last night, the AC in our kids’ room also stopped working. While the property itself looked nice, our rooms were dirty. The bathtub in particular was filthy and stained black—we couldn’t even use it for our smaller children. I ended up cleaning the surfaces and bathroom myself using supplies I brought, but it was still very disappointing to see the condition of the room upon arrival. We were also traveling with four young children (ages 1, 3, 9, and 13), and after a long, exhausting trip, we just wanted to settle in. But even that wasn’t smooth—we couldn’t check into our rooms right away, and they initially placed our kids two doors down the hall, which was not acceptable given their ages. We waited over two hours to resolve the room issue, and even something as basic as requesting a crib for our toddler turned into a hassle. On top of that, our refrigerator didn’t work. When we brought it up, we were told it was just a cooler and not meant for storing milk. As a result, our milk spoiled multiple times, which was especially inconvenient with small kids. We tried to communicate these concerns to guest services during our stay, but nothing was properly resolved. The combination of poor room conditions, lack of functioning amenities, and the challenges we faced traveling with our children made this experience incredibly stressful and disappoin

The property was nice, but not the best I've visited in the Caribbean. Food quality was excellent. The amenity was promised but never arrived, and I received no compensation for missing my first day due to weather issues with the airline. Typical timeshare property in which the priority is to sell time, and no major Expedia perks that I have become used to in other properties.

This is my second time at this resort & while my first time wasn’t amazing, this time was definitely worse. The food is horrible & there are not enough authentic Jamaican food options. Service is so slow inside the restaurants. Staff for the most part is sweet tho so it sucks. Room had a leak in the ceiling & there was water everywhere. Do not recommend to anyone

While the property was great and the food was also great, the service of the staff at the buffet during breakfast and lunch made you double think if it was a good choice to pick this resort. They had a look on their faces like they didn’t want to work and had to ask multiple times for orders. There were a few people who made good impressions on us but they were very few and rare.

I liked the property. The rooms needs to be updated. My room did have a mold smell to it. Someone was supposed to come to our room to check it out. No one never came. Overall my stay was really nice.
