The pool was dirty on one side where the waterfall was . The women staff members were very unfriendly . The men were very helpful to me and my husband . The concierge did not help us at all once he couldn’t sell us anything we didn’t heard from him at all the entire trip . Food was great . Room was beautiful . Swim up bar was great . Jerk hut and coconut hut was great . The beach was not great at all .

I enjoyed starting here so much. The staff was wonderful. The room was clean and had a lot of amenities. The Mobay buffet restaurant had fairly decent food. Only thing, I didn’t like is the pressure from getting me and my fiancé to purchase a vacation club membership. It wasted our entire morning with the presentation. However, we did enjoy the free massage after attending the presentation. I’d stay here, again.

Our refrigerator wasn't working for the first night and the A/C as well . And the room had a little odor in it. And the small towels it took them about 3 day's to give us the small towels. So i don't know if i would stay at this resort again. Yes its nice . Just the experience we had

This resort is a true 4 star i think. Some of the staff were less than friendly. Some of the restaurants were just ok. Resort itself is gorgeous with a huge amazing pool! No battle for sun loungers at all!

Overall it was great vaca, the only issue I had was that the pools closed at 6pm. Thought this was a bit early but as they say it’s a family resort.

This property is ok at best. They cut corners with liquor (watered down). The fruit juices are no more than flavored water. Some of the staff was dishonest (try to take advantage of customers).

My recent stay at this hotel was far from enjoyable. The female staff members were extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional — constant eye-rolling, lack of courtesy, and an overall negative attitude. It’s unfortunate because the male staff were the complete opposite: respectful, polite, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival — it smelled unpleasant, the tub was dirty, and there were no bathrobes provided as advertised. I expected much better for the price and rating. To make matters worse, the beach dinner was canceled without proper communication, and the limited dining options left very few choices for guests. Overall, this was not the relaxing experience I was hoping for. Management truly needs to address the attitude of certain staff members and improve cleanliness standards.

The pool was nice, however not enough lounge seating. The room was not up to par. Unable to fully control the thermostat, so the room got hot at night, and the bed was not comfortable. The floor and the shower was not the cleanest.

I had a private pool and did not visit the public pool. Bathroom was not properly maintained- shower floor was slippery grom dosp isef by previous visitors and all the counter tops had permanent ring marks from wet cups. Bathrooms needs to be refurbished. I was with someone who had mobility issues and at times no shuttle came. Why lie about getting someone to sit in a time share meeting though? We were told we were getting a tour othe property for the hotel's anniversary and in the end we would get a beach bag etc. Workers were friendly to the point of mild annoyance on my part. I would visit again because nowhere is perfect. Lots of rm for improvement.
