Very testy food and lots of variety. Room was spotless and everyone was very attentive.The show was good and entertainment. The beach was cleaned daily.I would recommend visiting the North side of the island to sulfurous baths and water fall in Soufriere.Make sure you book snorkel trip at the Sugar Bay. We do not recommend deep sea fishing trip booked by the resort. I would recommend and return to this resort. We had the club,adults only resort.

The resort is amazing! The grounds are clean and easy to navigate. The staff are all smiles, ready to serve and get everyone involved in the many activities offered without any pressure. It was a breeze to book an excursion off resort for the day too. The food, drinks and entertainment were excellent! I highly recommend this resort for all ages if a visit to St Lucia is on your travel list.

This resort is so close to the airport and has free shuttle to and from. Upon arrival we were given a drink and a cool towel, check in was easy and fast. Our room was clean and has all the basic amenities, soaps hairdryer mini fridge stocked daily with bottled water. Balcony was nice and has a rack to hang wet bathing suits. The resort itself is older but very small and easy to get to everything. You can always find a pool chair and the pool staff are very attentive and kind. Ask Sandy for her signature coconut mojito at the swim up bar, you won’t be disappointed. It’s not difficult to make a reservation at any of the restaurants either, and I believe that’s because the buffet has amazing food as well so you can always find something to eat from fresh made stir fry and pasta for dinner and omelettes and waffles in the morning there is an abundance of delicious foods and so much fresh veg and fruits. Calabash is my favourite reso restaurant serving Caribbean fare and delicious steaks. And there were 3 outdoor dinners by the pool in the week we were here, country night, American Thanksgiving dinner and a Carnival night. The staff that work here put their heart and soul into this resort. Some are here from the early morning until way into the night serving entertaining and making sure everyone is having the best time. If you’re looking for a fun family friendly place with amazing food, a slower pace and some of the kindest people in the Caribbean you need to come to Coconut Bay!

Returned to Coconut Bay after 10 years and brought our 8 and 5 year old. The experience was fabulous. The staff, some of which were still there from our last trip, are personable, joyful, and helpful. They're either great at faking it across the board, or everyone seems to enjoy working at Coconut Bay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and updated. Our kids particularly enjoyed the water slides, swim up bar for non-alcoholic drinks, and the rescued pups at the 'zoo'. I also appreciated how multicultural the guests are - from all over the world. Even some local St. Lucian families were enjoying a stay at Coconut Bay.

Superb staff and nice facilities. The food and drinks were excellent as well! Shekina in the main dining room and Bertha at Silk really shined. Mary’s omelettes were very tasty. Tyron at the lobby bar made drinks as delightful as his personality. Our only major concern was that the resort was not as handicapped-accessible as we had hoped— especially the lazy river. Other than that, we had a super week!

We loved our stay! The à la carte restaurants, Silk, Trattoria, and Calabesh were outstanding. On our 9 day vacation we visited each twice. They require reservations so book when you arrive. We felt no need to book the extra expense restaurants. The whole resort runs like a well-oiled machine. The staff are friendly, efficient, and very accommodating. A shout out to Regina in housekeeping with her lovely notes left in the room, Jan at the coffee bar, Vernon for yoga and aquacize, Maxwell at the excursion desk, and everyone else who make the resort as awesome as it is.

The staff were very friendly and sweet. Two of the ladies in the reception area saw me having to do a work call and found a quiet place for me to complete that. Just an example of them going above and beyond the call of duty. The food was very good as well and the variety of pools, beach, spa, and activities on site was great. Only 1.5 miles from the airport and shuttles are atta bed for you which makes this an easy choice!

The staff is what makes this place worth staying at. Every single person that worked here made me and my family feel special. The resort was immaculate in terms of cleanliness, the food was always fresh if it wasn't made to order. The room was perfect, recently renovated and spacious in every aspect not to mention the blessing of air conditioning. (We had the authentic island experience in Soufriere 5 nights prior to arrival with no comfort like this so to walk in our room and be instantly hit with a cool breeze was amazing). My only issue with this place is the number of entitled tourists that take advantage of the kindness and proffesionalism of the workers, manners don't cost nothing. I commend the mature, resilient attitudes of all the staff members that I saw being disrespected so overtly by these privileged tourists. I have met so many people that provided excellent service or just random acts of kindness that I cannot remember all their names. To all the staff at Coconut bay just know that room 332 appreciated your efforts, warmth and kindness. In our experience of a world that has been cold and cruel, the people of St Lucia reminded me and my family that this is not a universal scenario. I would definitely return if I am able to at some point in my life. The owners/investors must reward and retain all of the current staff members, they are fantastic. Check out Golden Eyes (the wood carver) and Captain Jack (Grasshopper/Lyndon tours) on the beach. 100% legit

Complimentary airport shuttle is 5min drive away. Kids waterpark and lazy river are fantastic. Sandy and Thomas at the swim up bar are fantastic. You can find quiet pools or being at the main pool with entertainment. They have a petting zoo, great kids club and don’t miss country night! We will be back.
