We're here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. We are happy to assist via phone or through Airbnb before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

Situated in the South Platte River Valley, this modern city draws openness from the Great Plains to the east and features spectacular Rocky Mountain views to the west. Residents of this mile-high landscape (Denver is exactly 5,280 feet above sea level, or one mile high; 1.6 km for our metric friends) are noted for their sunny dispositions and can-do attitudes.

Entire space plus building amenities is included in this rental. Please make yourself at home. The garage is closed off to guests. There are two closets upstairs that you will not have access to. Additionally, the 2nd door to the laundry room is locked because of a low ceiling that we don’t want you to hit your head on. You can still access the full laundry room from the door off the game room.

Sleeping arrangements
This home sleeps up to 10 guests across 4 bedrooms and 7 beds. On the main floor, two spacious bedrooms feature king beds with fresh linens, while downstairs offers a queen bedroom and a playful bunk room with twin bunk beds—perfect for kids or friends sharing space. Every bed has memory foam mattresses, extra pillows, and room-darkening shades to ensure restful nights after exploring the Mile High City.

Living spaces
Two cozy family rooms invite relaxation, each with comfortable seating and Smart TVs. A separate game room offers a foosball table and board games for all ages, while a reading nook beside the fireplace provides the perfect spot to unwind with a book. The open layout makes it easy for everyone to gather while still finding a quiet corner when needed.

Kitchen & dining
The open-concept kitchen comes fully equipped with modern appliances, cooking basics, and a dining table that seats 12. Brew your morning coffee with the coffee maker or French press, and enjoy it as sunlight filters through the windows. The nearby workspace nook offers an outlet and a comfortable setup for remote work or study sessions.

Outdoor living
Step into your private fenced backyard, where a fire pit and BBQ grill await. In winter, the fire pit becomes a cozy gathering spot for roasting marshmallows under the stars. The space includes outdoor furniture and a picnic table, making it easy to enjoy fresh air year-round. A hot tub is also available for a relaxing soak after a day of exploring Denver’s trails or cultural attractions.

Amenities & comfort
The home includes central air conditioning, heating, ultra-fast Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and bathroom essentials. A Pack ’n Play, baby bath, and babysitter recommendations make it family-friendly. Pets are welcome, and self check-in via keypad adds convenience. With both driveway and street parking available, arrival and departure are hassle-free.

BRINGING YOUR FURRY FRIEND?
Let us know a little about your dog(s) and we should be able to accommodate with an adjustment to our cleaning fee. $100 cleaning fee per dog, maximum two dogs only. Sorry, no cats permitted.

This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is of utmost importance. Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down, expelled and be threatened with civil prosecution. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $650.
