The room and bathroom were super clean. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good and there were different options each day. The staff was super nice and they allowed us to have a late check out. Will be staying here again.

My number 1reason choosing this hotel was it had a pool that my grandchildren could use. I called 2 weeks prior to our stay confirming the pool works. Yes. I check in asking if the pool works. Yes. I take the grandkids to the pool and there is a sign outside the pool door stating No it is not working. Additionally our toilet tank did not fill unless I wiggled the pump. I did notify them when it first happened. We went out to dinner only to come back and realize it was not truly fixed. I notified the staff, who are very kind by the way, and they said they would have to contact Expedia to get me a discount of some sort.

I've stayed at this hotel several times over a the past two years--one of the elevators has been out of order the whole time. Would the owners/managers fix the elevator already. It's like a joke from The Big Bang Theory already.
