The room had empty shampoo and comditioner bottles in the shower. The front desk called at 9:30pm to ask how the room was. She woke us up just to ask that. We checked in at 5.

Never again, Quality Inn

This hotel has seen better days, probably back in the 90s. Quite worn out, smelly (1st floor, near right exit smells like cigarettes, other areas smell like humidity), dirty and poorly lit. It feels more like a cheap motel than a hotel from an international chain, nevertheless the price is as expensive as any really nice hotel. It needs urgent renovations. Breakfast is quite standard, some expected hot items like scrambled eggs and sausages, however coffee is really bad. Oh, and while we were still eating, the kitchen employees turned off the lights on us to force us out. Rude.

It was nice to have a working pool with fabulous hours. Disappointed when we called front desk about the ceiling alarm sporadically going off in our room and being told maintenance has gone home for the night and there is nothing they can do. Told we can take the battery out of the smoke detector ourselves. Did not seem to us as a safe solution as we felt there should be a working smoke detector in our room before we went to bed that night. No other room was offered either.

July 2025 - we stayed here on our way to go to the East Coast. The room was nice - as expected and comfortable beds. The breakfast was good for those without any dietary restrictions. There were limited gluten free/dairy free options (eggs also had dairy in them). No elevator and our room was on the second floor - we had a lot to carry up.
