Simply Fantastic!

We traveled through New Zealand for a month and stayed exclusively at VRBOs. This was our favorite VRBO. Suzanne went out of her way to ensure we were settled and to connect with us. The location is ideal for visiting Christchurch and is minutes away from Sumner ..a cute beach town. The apartment is better than in the pictures. Very spacious, has everything you need, comfy beds, sparkly clean, and has a wonderful outdoor space to enjoy. You could not ask for anything more and the best part of all is how reasonably priced it is for the area. Thank you Suzanne for our wonderful stay.

Photos of property need to be updated there is no veiw of lake from house veranda as advertised looking into neighbouring house. Bed very uncomfortable Dishes in cupboard not clean Outside seating dirty and covered in bird pooh No information on local area or where things located eg tea/coffee making facilities hidden away in obscure cupboard

We had everything we needed for a base to visit our family in Christchurch. The space was clean, spacious and well equipped to make our own meals when endless meals out while travelling become tiresome and expensive!

Best stay ever

Suzanne is the best host we have met the past decade. So friendly, kind and forthcoming. The place is great. From the garden you have great view on the ocean. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant. We loved our 2 stays here. Would love to return, 2nd time in my life saying that.
