Check in was seamless, quick efficient and friendly staff. The location is perfect and could not be better. The room was the smallest room I have ever stayed in but was very clean, but it did have everything you needed except shampoo. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. The buffet breakfast was not good. Everything was cold except the coffee and the choices left a lot to be desired. The 2nd day was exactly the same but the hash brown paddies were warm. The 3rd day I did not eat there even though I had paid for it. The bar down the street had a $12 special for breakfast and it was better. Now the question is 'would I stay here again' and yes, probably I would just not pay for breakfast.

A very interesting stay here! Check in was all good until he said we had a balance which we didn’t and then realised he was wrong. When walking into our ensuite - the smell was awful and progressively got worse during our stay. Considering we’re paying $450+ for 2 nights and don’t get an option for shampoo or conditioner is wild. You get a 3 in one option which does, hair body and face. Just awful and it was the same bottle for washing our hands. The rooms were so hot we put on the A/C unit and it was like an industrial machine was going off - it was so loud so we had to turn off straight away. Plus our window was to a concrete wall The breakfast was ok - not the best but I thought I would get a proper coffee not a machine filter but they wanted to charge me more. Which I declined. Only one lift working and then our last morning both broke. For an expensive few days staying here, I definitely won’t go back.

Clean, basic room. Ideal for a short weekend stay for us. Don't expect anything fancy but if you just need a bed close to the cafes etc it fits the bill. Just watch out for the inconsistent water temperature in the shower - constantly needs adjusting.

I enjoyed my stay here. I got the breakfast option and it was a well portioned breakfast. I think more vegetarian and vegan options are definitely needed. The check-in staff was super kind and helped me a lot as it was my first time there right after the plane. I think it would be great to at least offer some condition or hair care products instead of a 3 - in one (face, body and hair??? it was meant for hands too, so i guess a 4in1??). I think it was great for the environment to have no single use products, but a hand pump station for hand soap would be better than the 3-in 1 they had. As a traveler, I didn't want to spend 15$ on conditioner/ shampoo only to have to throw away for my next flight so it would've been nice to have those items in the hotel. Most hotels i've been in at least offer the two in one for hair care as a pump bottle.
