Room 103 was disappointing but we were too tired to request a room change. Luckily, we were not in the room long during our 4-day stay. I learned that not all rooms have a hair dryer...I didn't get one until our last day. The toilet didn't flush everything even after multiple attempts. They gave us two towels and one washcloth for two people for four days. I had to ask for more. I had to pull a glop of hair out of the shower drain before I could take a shower. When we mentioned this twice to the person at the desk (two different people) they both said they would make a note of it and would fix it. They didn't even offer us a discount when we checked out. Now that I look back, we really should have changed rooms after the first night. We definitely will not stay there again. We visit Chicago often and never had such a poor experience with the other hotels we stayed at.

We arrived at noon charge an early check fee when room was ready. First room had no tv plus an unworking phone. Second room sheets had black stuff on onside. They looked like they were on older side. Would not stay again

Hotel needs to be updated. The AC unit in my room was making big noice all night. The hair dryer was very bad conditions. Blankets were dirty i wont stay again

No Hot Breakfast

On the hotel's website it said there was hot breakfast available, however upon checking in I was told that the "hot breakfast" was just coffee. The advertised hot breakfast was part of the reason I booked the hotel as it would have saved me money.
