Pros: 1) Stay was good overall. 2) The location was spot on and the hotel was clean. Cons:1) The hotel walls are not noise insulated at all. So if someone is having a party in the next room you cannot sleep at night. This happened during my first night at the hotel. Even after informing front desk the shouting did not stop and at around 2am the people partying got tited and that gave me the privilege of sleeping. 2) They hold an extra $100 for each day you stay. This was not mentioned when I had booked through expedia. The amount they say would be refunded 5-10days after checkout. I checked out today and, I am waiting to get back $300 that I paid which I was not aware of during booking. I will have to wait upto two weeks for the money to be refunded and hopefully they refund the amount without any issues.

Some issues but good value

Room was large and good. Breakfast was so so. The location was excellent. Requiring a deposit at a hotel in this area and star rating is demeaning.

The thermostat couldn't be adjusted for warmer weather in Feb. Also, room service as in cleaning, etc. isn't available every day. They came one time and didn't replenish what was used.
