The property was absolutely Gorgeous, beds comfortable, and the private balcony was okay. It was a little outdated with an old chair and holes in the base. It would have been nice to have a couple chairs and a small table. There wasn't a microwave in our room either. I did like the soap in the shower, with full size bottles and didnt dry my skin out. The worst part was that I had called the day beforehand to add my daughter to the resevation since she was going the day before me. Everything was all set, but when she got there they wouldn't let her check in because shes 18. It was a 4 hour drive and then they had to sit in the car for another 3 hours until someone we knew could get to the hotel to help her check in. I understand safety and all, but it should have been explained more clear the day beforehand when i called to ask. I dont feel the price I paid was worth it this time.

The hotel lobby is gorgeous, but the staff isn’t inviting or warm. They were very quick, but lacked personality and hospitality. When it came to the room, the interior was average. Complimentary water wasn’t available for all guests, the windows were not think enough to cancel noise from the subway and airport in the near vicinity. The shower was the worse part. The shower was either extremely hot or cold - Also the water pressure was horrible. Not sure if I’d stay here again.
