We booked our room through Travelocity. Travelocity auto selected a smoking room for us, and we did not catch it. When we checked in, they didn’t have any non-smoking rooms available. The gal at the front desk was nice about it, but she also couldn’t do anything about it either. Kind of frustrated with Travelocity. A smoking room seems like it should be an option that you have to select, not the standard that you are given.

The rooms seemed to be updated and I liked that the rooms didn't have carpet (vinyl flooring instead), but the beds were very worn and used and there was a lot of dirt and dust still in the corners of the room. The breakfast was fine but everything was with plastic forks and cheap Styrofoam plates. Coffee was awful. The pool was cold and small but the hot tub was nice.
