We were staying at the hotel for a soccer tournament. My daughter was hospitalized for 3 days and we were unable to participate in the tournament hence not needing the room. I called two days before and a manager said they were unable to reimburse because it was scheduled with Expedia. I contacted Expedia and they said it was the hotel policy. Several attempts and they were unable to issue a reimbursement. Hotels.com service was pretty good - they made contact within 23 hours, but the lack of empathy and understanding of the hotels part was disappointing- they had plenty of time to find someone else to take the room.

Morning Front desk not the friendliest. Had a good check in the night before. Stayed the wekend for a wedding. Lots of families overtook the indoor pool and jacuzzi. Hotel is clean and well maintained.

Hotel staff was great at every level, facility was clean and pool and public areas were well maintained, even when fully booked. The only issues were that a few of the amenities in the room were reaching the end of their lives and are ready for maintenance or replacement ie, the fridge was leaky, the microwave had to be unplugged and replugged in to work properly and the TV was very dim like it was burning out. All in all though, I would definitely recommend this location as I'm certain from the competency and friendliness of the staff leaves me no doubt that if we had asked for assistance they would likely have jumped through hoops to take care of them immediately.
