My family’s overall experience was great. Only complaint was the shower faucet handle was loose and kept sliding down to hot water. 😬 But we managed and didn’t complain. The pool was a bit cold but hey, the kids enjoyed it. Breakfast was amazing, beds comfy and rooms and hallways clean. We will return.

Staff is rude, the lady overnight was on her phone the whole time. The bed in the room was lumpy and uncomfortable, and pillows were flat! The pool was cold and when we asked to have it turned up the man told us he didn’t speak English.

Room /bathroom not as clean as every other hotel we’ve stayed at, even same chain in other locations. No vending machines , ice machine on my floor and main floor weren’t working. Would not recommend nor stay at this location again.

everyone was very nice to me ! all of my needs were met and i felt at home. the only thing i would change is the breakfast, i wish there were more options but everything else was up to top, and super clean ! my room smelled like fabuloso, everything disinfected no dust. bed was so comfy i wish i could take the pillows home lol

My room was full of German cockroaches. I awoke to one crawling in my leg hair. They refused me a refund but did offer me another room in their roach motel. I declined and went to Double Tree where they don’t provide complimentary bugs.
