Overall I was pleased with the property. Mikki has great customer service and it perfect from the front desk. She welcomed me with a smile and provided a list of her fav spots in the vicinity which was a great touch. Ken was also a great bartender. Teehe complimentary breakfast was reallt nice. Pretty standard but not offered everywhere, so that was an appreciated amenity. Housekeeping wasn’t great. They did not service our room fully for the duration of the stay. One day they only made one bed and another day they didn’t come to the room at all. We had to follow up several times on our requests for fresh towels. They also ran out of washcloths during our stay as well. The hotel is very conveniently located and was great overall minus a few hiccups.

The hotel itself is nice... new, sleek, etc. The check in was friendly and helpful. But... parking is $42 per night with no options. My room wasn't cleaned. They made the bed but didn't take the trash or dirty laundry.. left the washcloth in the shower and the soap wrapper. I had to use the soap bar because they didn't refill the body wash. The left dishes on the sink and the desk. When I returned the second night, there was a homeless guy screaming on the curb in clear site of the valet and desk and no one was doing anything. I had to go ask them to call authorities.. he looked like a threat. Again, the hotel is very nice but I paid for a clean room and didn't get it.

Great price for uptown Charlotte, NC. The location was excellent and right in the heart uptown. The hotel was very clean. The room was modern and clean. The breakfast was excellent, with real eggs made to order. A great experience!
