Great and convenient hotel
Check in people are always so nice and helpful. Bistro people aim to please and they do. Your shuttle service is prompt with great drivers. All around a great hotel to stay at when we fly out of Charlotte.

It oak 30 minutes to check in upon arrival with only one person working the desk. There was only person working the restaurant and the lobby was full of waiting guests. The hotel is in major need of renovations. The room smelled damp and the elevator is questionable.

Nice people running the hotel! Shuttle drivers are maniacs!! Someone will get from their recklessness! Rooms were clean. We enjoyed our short stay!
