Friendly staff. Need update amenities because staff advised Hot Tub had been filled in for years. Your website indicates this hotel has a Hot Tub and that is one of reason we chose this location. We wanted to enjoy Hot Tub, so that was disappointing. Also rooms could be cleaner.

Nice Hotel Near Airport

Nice hotel, only 5 minutes from CLT. We appreciate the noon checkout time. The staff was very friendly. The gym was nice and we enjoyed a glass of wine sitting by the fire pit on a cool evening.

Stood in cold at airport pickup spot for 40 minutes for hotel’s shuttle van. Saw every other hotel shuttle van come and go repeatedly. Called Courtyard Marriott 3 times and was repeatedly told driver was on his way. Hotel is only 5 minutes away. Driver never showed. When got to hotel, I was told the cost of the cab ride would be reimbursed. Was not. Terrible travel experience. Recommend choosing any other hotel in area , not Courtyard Marriott on Little Rock Drive.
