Shower water temp was barely warm. Not what you expect with a 50% occupancy (at best) hotel at 7:30am in the morning (2/15). Raised the issue with the counter customer service person however they seemed less than interested in addressing it. Otherwise a decent stay.

The room was near an exterior door. Loud slamming all night. Did not feel safe Room was dirty and at check I. Was told no tv or internet. Did not offer any discount. Towel each broke off the wall and faucet in bathroom was broke. Pet friendly Wilbur no real place to walk dog. Dog poop all over the grounds.

Staff was amazing! Breakfast hit all major boxes and the location is fabulous. My room was clean, not spotless, and i wish the showers were a bit updated. But the room was great none the less. Vending machines at this location could be helpful. 11 inches of snow fell during my stay and the parking was decently cleared within a few hours. Walking distance to waffle house and texas roadhouse. Enjoyed my stay and will absolutely stay again. Trajen (Trajin) at the front desk was amazing.
