Food options are minimal. 1 buffet and it’s mediocre. Restaurants and only 2 and it’s impossible to get a reservation. Room service is decent. Worst annoying part is they make you hand over you room card to eat or drink anything. When we were done eating at the buffet, they’d hold onto your card and I’d have to sit there for 10-15 minutes to wait for waiter to come bring my card back then they want you to leave a tip on it and sign it like a recipe for a restaurant. They basically hold you hostage holding onto your room card. Buffet really isn’t that great. And pool drink service is slow and again they demand room card

The food was enjoyable with good seasoning, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained, which made the stay feel safe and comfortable. However, the service around the pools left much to be desired—there simply weren’t enough bars or attentive staff compared to other resorts I’ve visited, like Royal Haciendas. The limited number of restaurant options also made the dining experience feel less varied. Overall, the property itself is nice, but the service and amenities did not quite measure up to the standard I was expecting.

Property/ rooms were very clean. But NO night entertainment, only Karaoke at night for only about an hour at a "sports bar" with in the property. Day time pool area very boring. No music, only a game or two with pool staff a day. Only main pool is the only one that "cracks". Restaurants within property require reservation, you cant just walk in and eat. Only at the international buffet which is where we ate everyday because its pretty annoying to have to wait for a time to eat, specially when you have activities planned and you just want to arrive and grab a bite. Sports bar is the only option when buffet is closed and takes them about an hour just to get a salad out with mozzarella sticks. SIMPLY NOT A RESORT FOR YOUNGER CROWD. ALOT OF older people and kids. Wont be staying here again.

Great option for families! We’ve visited this property with both our teenager and our 6 year old. The kids club and teen activities are easily accessible, the water park is fun for all ages, and the beach is beautiful. The all inclusive is standard but convenient for our needs. Staff is exceptional!

Very nice beachfront suite with plenty of space for our family of four. Food was just ok but not terrible. Loved the pools and water park for the kids. Significant amount of sargassum but not the hotel's fault. We definitely would return and didn't want to leave after 6 days.

Like the ease of getting around the property! This is my 3rd time there, the beachfront room views are my favorite, simply amazing! Property is currently under some renovation with new paint, minimal disruption with that. Could improve process for having to use your room key for EVERYTHING! Not sure why there isn't a better way to track purchases, etc? Maybe something with the bracelet we wore? All in all still my favorite place ❤️
