Appreciated the staff - they were excellent and are exactly what customer service is all about! They were available, attentive, and amazing! Food options were fantastic as well. Truly enjoyed the breakfast options - yum yum :)

Overall the resort is great. Staff is wonderful. Not much of a party resort, definitely more one the quiet side which we liked. My only complaint were the restaurants. Every restaurant was not open every night. So guest had long wait times at the ones that were because there was no time limit for how long guest could be at the table. Very frustrating to see people just talking and you are waiting to eat. If you aren’t going to open all the restaurants impose a 60-90 minute table maximum so everyone can eat. They do offer 24 hour room service as an option, but I think guest should be able to enjoy everything that comes with being at an all inclusive resort because it’s what we all paid for.
