Food is terrible. All 3 of us had food poisoning. Baby and 1 adult had diarrhea, 2nd adult had very bad food poisoning. No food choices - most food is overcooked, over salted and greasy, raw products are not fresh. Italian and Asian restaurants were good. Buffet is terrible.

This property is incredible with so many amazing amenities, but what truly sets it apart is the staff. Their dedication and warmth make the entire resort shine. You can see their effort in every little detail. The kids’ area staff is especially outstanding. We had a very positive experience, and it made our first trip to Mexico truly memorable.

The resort is stunning, and the rooms are modern, bright, and immaculately clean. Our suite with a private jacuzzi and infinity pool was breathtaking. The staff truly makes this place special. Huge thanks to Izzy from the entertainment team, Bryan (Bellman), Sergio (Luggage Assistance) who was incredibly quick, warm, and gave great excursion tips, Elena (Housekeeping), and Jessica (Reservations). A very special thank you to Edwin, Manager on Duty, who turned my birthday trip into an unforgettable experience after learning it was a birthday surprise from my husband. The room decorations, champagne, and cake were such a beautiful and touching gesture. I felt incredibly valued. The food was excellent, the shows were fantastic, and the beach was beautiful with plenty of loungers and clean towels. We were truly sad to leave. This hotel sets the standard for hospitality — we will definitely return.

We LOVED everything about this resort. I can not even fully express how amazing this resort is. Not only is it beautiful but it has hands down the BEST staff ever! They are so very thoughtful and consideret. They go out of their way to make sure you have the best stay and truly it was because of the staff that our experiences there were elevated. I had a minor ankle injury (100% my fault) and from immediately assisting me in wrapping it, to constantly checking on me, to providing wheelchair escort all over, I have never felt so taken care of. We traveled with our two daughters (4 & 8) and they loved the kids club! The dining options are lovely and the resort is gorgeous! As I mentioned EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER was phenomenal, the ones that made an extra special impression on us with their thoughtfulness, service, and professionalism were: Gilberto in the buffet (we truly feel like we made a friend with him and will come back to see him!), Alberto in the services area (he was so kind to understand my injury and take care of our unfortunate excursions cancelations due to my injury) and Rocio and Fatima in the Explorer's Club (Kids club), our daughters LOVED them. I didn't vatch everyones name but EVERYONE was perfection! Also the lady who greeted us for La Petit Chef was so incredibly kind and amazing. We couldnt have asked for a better experience and are so very greatful for helping us have such beautiful memories of this Cancun trip!

⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Service, Average Food at Dreams Riviera Cancun My partner and I recently stayed at Dreams Riviera Cancun Resort & Spa for four days to attend a wedding reception. Overall, the trip was wonderful, despite two days of rain. What We Loved (5/5 Stars) The absolute highlight of our stay was the incredible staff and service. The employees were genuinely nice and treated us with such respect, making us feel like family. Their personalized attention truly elevated the experience. A special shout-out goes to the concierge. We needed a last-minute babysitter for the wedding reception, and they immediately helped us find a reliable sitter. This support was a lifesaver! Furthermore, the entire resort was noticeably clean and well-maintained. The only major drawback was the dining. 3/5 Stars) Unfortunately, the food was consistently average. I can't offer many compliments on the meals, and the quality could definitely be improved to match the excellent standard set by the service and facilities. We did experience rain for two of the four days, but the staff's positive demeanor and the lovely resort atmosphere still allowed us to have a good time indoors. Because it’s not an adult only is constantly weddings going on outside by the pool and every room on the inside gets to hear it. Also, they have the cabana beds for upgraded users which block the chairs behind them to the pool access and beachfront

Everything was perfect and delightful at the resort clean bar organize food was amazing in all restaurants as always Mexican people working at the resort where so welcoming, helpful and super nice. I went with my family first time taking my son and daughter to Mexico and we had a blast!10 stars to the resort thank you so much

It seems as they did not have enough staff. The only person that had a welcoming personality was the waiter Pedro ! Amazing man. Some other staff had attitudes
