We loved the staff, made us feel like Family at every turn. The facilities are always clean. The food was great and can’t forget the Mexican Water (tequila) was awesome!!

Great place to stay but if you’re a preferred member you do not get the best alcohol at the preferred pool and they never put out bags in our room I had to go down and get them. Other than that it was a decent stay!

Excellent food and service. The room and bathroom were a good size and always clean. Check-in and check-out were quick. In my opinion, there's a lack of daytime entertainment for pre-teens and teens, especially sports. I had to call reception at 1 a.m. because of excessive noise in the hallway, and after three attempts, no one answered. Overall, I recommend.

The property was easy to get around. Food options or good, but not up to quality of other dream properties could not go in the ocean see grass was bad not even sure if season we would’ve been able to go in not a place for beach goers. Preferred club lounge was way too small not worth the extra money although the preferred pool was the best. The other pool was very crowded.

Beautiful property.Multiple pools to choose from. Pool wait staff very attentive. Several options for all age groups. Pool restrooms were in need of updating and more attention. Room showers were nice and roomy. Beds and pillows were ok. All staff very friendly and accommodating.

I would have loved to had more of Mexican style foods. I have stayed at many resorts and we had more options! The private dining was ok! Staff was kindof short and rude! We loved our waiter Edwin in the cafeteria hall! He was great! The spa Olga was fantastic with my 6 yr old for hair appt! The management team Paulina was so helpful! The wedding team was great!!! We got married on this trip!

From the moment you walk into the cool, air conditioned lobby, the aroma tantalizes your senses like nothing else I have ever smelt. It is smooth and soothing. Every employee wears a smile and greets you. The room was amazing. The food was sensational. The service top notch. Their mission to get me to relax was accomplished. I actually had to check the date on my phone. I would highly recommend this resort.
