We loved staying at this resort! The staff was amazing — special shout out to Angel, Roger, Edwin, Erik, Fernando, Caesar, and Enrique who really made our experience special. We enjoyed all of the day and night entertainment and activities. There was always something fun to do! The food was also pretty good with plenty of restaurant options.

I was tricked into an excursion only to find out it was a sales pitch. Wasted half of my birthday on that. The coupons are not actual coupons because you can’t use them , the restrictions are a lot. Amenities were good but Food was basic. Will not be back

The staff next came to clean our room or provide fresh towels fix our not working phone so we can make reservations or call out there where supposed to send never did. Ceiling leaked the whole time and our floors were soaked!!!! Very awful!!

The resort was incredible. Staff is extremely helpful, friendly, and they made the whole experience ten times better. The VIP Lounge area had a stellar bar tender named Lidia—she deserves a special shoutout for always preparing the best drinks!!

Worse customer service! the resort smelled really bad! the resort fire alarm went off every single not, not once but many time after 1am. when we called front desk, they didn’t explain or say sorry and hang up on us. last day When we were waiting for our transit, it was really HOT and we ask the bell man to give a wet towel so we can use. However, they said that’s only for visitors who are coming to the resort not leaving the resort! what’s funny was that we didn’t even get towels or welcome drink when we got their on our first day! so basically they don’t care that you leave happy and be a returning visitors! yes it’s more happening resort for bachelorette party and birthdays! but don’t expect a lot! cause resort is not that great.
