Great bang for your buck!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast options were good. Rooms were clean. Hotel a bit outdated, but was great for the price. We got locked out of our room three times as the key wasn’t working. Location was also great. A little detail we loved was that the hand soap was liquid!

We were upgraded to the executive suite at no charge, the room was very nice, but the bathroom was in poor condition with paint peelingon the ceiling and signs of mold. Pocket door to bathroom was very dirty as well

Well got to the room it was freezing. Had to put the heat to 90. Noticed in one window it woukd not close all the way. A half inch gap. Told front desk.......ohhh sorry we will comp you parking. No change room nothing. I had to put a towel in the gap and a pillow up against it to try and help with the draft

The entire floor my room was on was being renovated. The hallways had no flooring laid down, and the workers had very heavy body odour smells which unfortunately migrated into my room, and it was very noisy during the work. I definitely don’t feel I should have paid full price for this room

We were put in a room that had not been finished. It smelled of paint, had an open electrical box in the room, and the staff needed to come in to do some work right when we arrived. The room numbers were not even in the hallway yet. To boot, the hallway was dusty with demolition dust and had exposed cinder blocks. The elevator smelled of smoke and body odor. The breakfast was fine and the attendant was very pleasant
