The check in was super easy. Lounge has good budget friendly options. They placed me on the fifth floor and it was a nice view of the city. I loved the breakfast buffet, and hot tub. The room was perfect for a single person. I chose this location for a night staycation and 10/10 would recommend. I will be back in the future with my family.

The elevator was down for 3 weeks prior. The staff was carrying garbage and supplies up and down the stairs. I felt bad for them. The staff were amazing including the front desk staff.

This is our first time with Holiday Inn, usually we always use Hilton. But I must say I am impressed with the facilities especially the customer service! Kat, the one in frontdesk made sure to meet my family needs. Smile and greets right away! The people in breakfast area are always helpful and courteous. Thank you Kat! beautiful inside and out. We will come back for sure.
