Walking

Palm Cove’s esplanade, cafés, restaurants and beachfront are approximately a 20-minute walk from the property. The walk is flat, safe, and enjoyable for most guests.

Driving

The house is a short 3-minute drive to Palm Cove beach and dining precinct. Secure onsite parking is available in the driveway.

Rideshare & Taxis

Uber, 13Cabs and local rideshare services operate reliably in Palm Cove and the surrounding areas. Vehicles typically arrive within 5–10 minutes.

Public Transport

TransLink bus services run regularly along the Captain Cook Highway, linking Palm Cove with Cairns City, Smithfield Shopping Centre, Clifton Beach, and other nearby suburbs. The closest bus stop is only a short walk away.

Airport Access

Cairns Airport is approximately a 25-minute drive from the property. Car hire, rideshare, and taxis are all readily available at the terminal.

Day Trips

The property offers easy access for self-driven day trips to key attractions, including Kuranda, Port Douglas, Mossman Gorge, the Daintree Rainforest, and departure points for the Great Barrier Reef.

House Rules & Additional Information

* Please keep noise and music to a minimum after 9:00 PM.

* Please be mindful of neighbours, as the property is located in a quiet residential area.

* Parties and excessive noise are not permitted.

* Smoking is not permitted inside the property.

* Daily cleaning is not included, allowing you to enjoy full privacy during your stay.

* We are unable to offer luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. We recommend planning accordingly or using local luggage storage services if needed.

* A starter pack of essentials is provided, including tea, coffee, toiletries, and basic supplies. For longer stays, guests may wish to top up these items as needed



Mid-Stay Cleans

Mid-stay cleans are available on request for an additional fee and are ideal for longer stays.

For stays longer than 14 nights, a mid-stay clean and linen change are mandatory to help maintain the property. An additional fee of $250 per service applies.
