We love staying at the hotel and always stay in lounge suite. This trip we were missing housecoats and the blanket for the sofa bed. Had to have housekeeping come twice.

Will definitely be back! Clean rooms, extremely helpful staff, mall around the corner, and lots of food options. Only complaint is parking is tight and can be backed up with the mall parking in the same building.

My overall stay was good. The only disappointment was that my room was really hot. Unfortunately there was no AC access from the room thermostat due to the time of year. I had the fan blowing on high at the lowest temperature possible and my room was still really hot. It would have been nice if there was access to open up a window in the room.

I spent 3 nights and didn’t have a problem with anything. Everything was mentioned during check in and everyday had room cleaning service. Location is so beautiful that you are staying in downtown and few mints walk to metrotown mall, skytrain station, and everything is on walking distance.
