Excellent service & lovely facility
We were upgraded to a junior suite. The room was nicely decorated & very large. A larger television would be nice for viewing from the bed - the room is that big! The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful including the front desk, the maid staff, and the shuttle drivers. (Great shuttle service. We used it every day) Our stay was quiet except for one night when people were chatty in the hallway @ 3am. Our room faced Olive Avenue which is a busy street. If traffic noise bothers you, you may want to request a room facing the parking lot.

This facility was amazing. They were very accommodating after my flight got disrupted and took the time to make sure that I will get to the airport. The staff was friendly and the chocolates were a nice touch.

We had a great experience at Coast Anabelle hotel. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean.I liked the lounge and restaurant at hotel,Olive Bistro. It was close to Universal Studios, Hollywood and many other spots. I felt safe coming into the hotel late at night. I would definitely stay here again.

The shuttles were a big draw but location not a lot of restraints within walking distance. Scheduling the shuttles was also a little hard maybe a website or an app could help with that.
