Room was good and worked for one night. Staff were not helpful. Needed extra pillow and asked for one in person and online before arrival. Told it would be delivered. Never came. Used the text that was to “help us have a better stay “ and no response. No answer when called. Never got the pillow and didn’t want to walk back to office late at night due to our room was situated in weird set up across the street. So service was a huge issue for us. Needed that for leg support for bad leg.

Our room looked to be remodeled with a small fridge and microwave. There is an ihop down the street and a chick fillet across the street. The staff was proficient and we got to our room quickly. The airport shuttle is on demand! It’s the best bang for your buck compared to the other hotels with a shuttle. 3+ stars

The hotel is extremely close to LAX airport. I may be a little harsh on my ratings but I could not get past the entire room smelling like urine. Everything looked clean but I could not figure out how and why it smelled so bad.

Nice staff. Free shuttle from and to the airport, which was awesome, easy and super convenient. Really comfy bed. Nice size room with big TV and good shower. Close to fast food/ gas station. Quiet and a good price. Have stayed before when stopping over at LAX and will stay again. :)
