The room i had booked said it had a sofa bed, once checked in come to find out our room was not provided with that sofa bed. Tv remote hardly worked. The phone did not work at all. We tried calling the lobby, the kitchen and the phone was not working at all. Beautiful room but a little upsetting that most things were not provided as mentioned in the description and what was initially reserved.

Keep visiting LA and stayed in El Segundo in many others incl. marriott properties. This is by far my favorite so have been a regular at this. Always enjoy my stay. Nice modern updated property. Overall very courteous check-in staff. Bar area is nice. On site parking is great. Area has decent fast food places around and seem by and large safe in night not much activity and seen sometimes people parking outside as well. Fancy restaurants not to far either just quick 5-10 min drive. Rooms are spacious and bathrooms nice and clean. Beds have been mostly comfortable. This time got a saggy mattress but my trip was short so did nt bother. But depending on my past experience I am sure they would have been helpful addressing my concerns. 100% recommend it.

Great for work professionals and they share amenities with the neighboring hotel if you should need to use laundry or pool. Very quiet and staff is very courteous and accommodating. Parking is great and priced well.

Property was clean. But they need to update their lounge and restaurant hours. Waited 40 minutes for the lounge to open when it was posted that it was open already. Additionally check your final bill. Was charged for parking two nights when I paid for it when I booked. The staff gave inaccurate information. Requested a refund and was told it would be taken care of only to se Another unknown charge on my credit card.
