The room was nice and clean. The bartender was great. The reception staff weren’t welcoming and gave me no info about the place (lift, room number, wifi etc). Also the $200 charge to my cc seemed excessive and I’m not clear when I ll get it refunded.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I arrived at 10 p.m., but was arrogantly told to wait an hour because the room wasn’t ready. When I rightfully complained, they said, “If you have a complaint, tell Expedia. If you keep complaining, we’ll cancel your reservation,” in a very condescending and overbearing manner. The staff here are truly the worst.

I’ve stayed at the Cambria in Anaheim before and it has always been a pleasant stay. In the other hand my stay at Cambria LAX was not so great, the room seemed a bit rough. The lights didn’t work we had to use the lamps from the night stand and dresser. Curtains were dirty and looked old. The bathroom had some mold around the corners of the wall and the sink faucet had white rust. Other than that their airport parking service was good I parked there for 18 days.
