Cedric was very helpful in making sure my family's stay was 10 out of 10. The hotel was clean, quiet, very close to the airport, and in walking distance of good food/coffee options! We will definitely be staying here again for our travels!

Extremely dirty ! Staff was excellent. And the "free shuttle service" told me to get on the bus that had Sonesta on it at LAX . There are two properties. Stood in line at the first Sonesta at LAX and the staff was RUDE to me. Told me I booked Sonesta select. I asked how I was to get to the other Sonesta. She said , you can use your Uber app . VERY disappointed ! Will not use Sonesta again !

The pool was filthy dirty and freezing cold. Requested towels and none arrived. Not sure where the ratings come from. Non smoking. Not enforced. Marijuana everywhere.
