Value for money

This hotel is excellent value for money. Their complementary buffet breakfast is great and their afternoon complementary reception is very nice. It’s an old style hotel with its special family character that has been refurbished. Facilities are in great condition. Airport shuttle runs every hour, so make sure you are on time. They are quite busy so sometimes requests for extra blankets or heater on cold days can be delayed. The AC is central control, it runs cold during the day and heat in the night. In spite of this we would stay here again as I mentioned it’s comfortable enough and good value for money. My husband loved the atmosphere and guest services do their best to keep up.

The windows on our side of the property had a covering on the windows so you couldn’t see outside at all , not sure what was out there ? Staff was great, loved the continental breakfast

The room was not overly clean. There were stains on the carpet. Someone’s socks left by the bed. It took 4 hours and 3 phone calls to get extra pillows for our pullout couch. The pool was extremely cloudy. If someone swam underwater you couldn’t see them. Room didn’t smell great.

Centrally located w/ great amenities outside city

Felt the stay was convenient for the location and the price was well priced. For where i to go and look around its felt centrally located. Thought it be ugly and not clean because by the airport, complete opposite. Its very old and outdated but the that didnt take away from my pov in the stay. The breakfast was included and thought it was decent enought for what it offer better then most as breakfast was included. My main complaint is the parking 45$ a day very expensive but its LA what should i have expected. There is available parking outside but there is risk but mainly never available as it is first come first serve. I would definitely stay here again.

Always have a good day at embassy suites. I usually do the Check-in through the Hilton Honors app and go from there. No walking to the front desk or waiting in lines. I appreciate the manager's reception that they have for adult beverages. And the buffet for hotel guests in the morning. With that, it's enough to stay here and enjoy the extras you receive at embassy suites by hilton.

I have been staying at this location since 2008. At least 3-4 times a year. This time I was really surprised that I could not control the heating/air. They turned it on between 8pm-1am nightly and one night not until 4am. I ended up sleeping in a sweatsuit. Not okay. Other than that it was what we always need, a ride to the airport, close to the beach and freeway and nice staff. Good breakfast and large rooms.

Great location

Great place for a pit stop I.e catching a flight. Has a free airport transfer. Also if you want to fill in 2 hours Manhattan beach it it a Uber ride away costing only $14.00.
