Property and rooms weren't maintained well, front desk wasn’t easily reachable and had to be connected by HHonors customer service, and the room service wasn’t regular and to the point staff ignored the request to clean the room after multiple reminders directly and through front desk. Manager tried to correct the situation by arranging cleaning later in the evening but it was hogwash. I will never stay in this property again and will not recommend to any of my family or friends.

Overall I wasn’t very happy with my stay. My number one reason is that I reserved and paid for a room with a view of the marina. What I actually got was a room with a great view of a couple of trees that totally blocked the view of the marina. I was very disappointed. I feel that I got cheated- bait and switch.
