"Breakfast is very simple Parking is expensive, they've charged me for parking then i realized that i can park for free outside the hotel but they refused to refund my payment for parking fees although it was after 10 minutes from my check in!!!"

"We were in an east-facing (sunrise) room. NO Black-Out Drapes! Sunlight blasted onto white walls and white ceiling. I had planned to enjoy my morning sleeping in! Instead, I was packing at 7am after losing the fight with the sunlight. Checked out just after packing... Not our plan. Ceiling exhaust ..."
