Hotel location was convenient for us, which was a big plus. Staff is friendly but hotel is pretty dated. Pretty good value for money but they make you pay $18 for parking in an area where there is much parking available.

Such a warm and welcoming hotel! Last minute find, so we worried but as soon as we walked in mu husband and i were greeted by friendly staff and a beautiful holiday display! The hotel was super clean and quiet too! We will definitely be back with the kids next time since the park and water are so close by!

Hot tob was not working, which makes the difference between nice stay and just staying at a hotel. Breakfast is pretty sad. Everything else was as expected for the price, nice views, $18 for parking is a little steep for the area. Staff was very friendly.

We were here for a golf tournament at Monarch Bay, and it is so close! The front seat is so friendly and knowledgeable. We had dinner at Horatio’s and it was five stars! Would stay here again!
