This was worst hotel experience I have ever had.
Location:Hayward, CA. Was there for the San Francisco show where my son competed in the physique portion of it.
Upon arrival the woman checking me in was very nice but once I got to my room I was so disappointed. Burn stains on my bedspread and sheets, stains all over the chairs & carpet and a light that didn't work was inside my room. Outside the room next to me had kids running in & out, up & down the stairs & hallway, on the 3rd floor. I opened the door to either my neighbor smoking outside his room & throwing the butts on the ground or to the smell of Marijana. Upon check out, the gentleman there in the morning seemed like he didn't want to hear my complaints and hurried me out of the office. I was in a rush to leave having a car waiting to pick me up for the airport. I will never stay here, or any Herritage Inn again.
