The room was great, and the lobby area and outdoor patio are great too. The dining area staff were cordial. Disappointing: 1. Reception staff was oddly unhelpful. I had 10 bags, traveling alone for my family’s move. I hurried in to request carts. She replied vaguely “down the hall to the left.” No pointing of direction, and a newcomer can only see the hall to the right, She is short of stature so maybe couldn’t see me go the wrong way “down the hall to the left.” But she meant the opposite: “take a left then go down the hall.” And she replied no staff could help. When I let her know her incorrect directions she snowflaked an annoyed look. Disappointing, not cut out for hospitality. The taller reception staff on checkout was polite. 2. No courtesy coffee in the lobby. Not sure if the coffee in the room is free. Cafe’s black coffee starts at $5 (?!).

I didn’t like that I had to pay for parking. I also didn’t like that I had to walk FOREVER to get to the room, which was at the other end of the hotel. I also thought it was weird that I had to lie horizontally on my bed to watch TV. It is not a place I’d stay at again. The place was clean, which I was grateful for.

They were great, courteous, friendly, helpful. I accidentally left my insulin in their mini-fridge and they were kind enough to keep it stored and refrigerated until I was able to return to retrieve it--which was two days after my stay.

Comfortable place, clean and nice, restaurants near to hotel, I stayed there 7 nights and noticed that housekeeping service was very poor, only 1 time requested service but never got it. Everything else was ok.
