It’s ok
Staff was friendly. Room was a good size. We tried to get a couple extra pillows but were told no. The bed was extremely firm. The shower is ok if you’re 5 feet tall but my wife and I are both 6’1”. The breakfast was good, I always enjoy waffles. The short distance to universal studios was nice. It was very quiet and we never saw more than 2 other guests at breakfast. Overall it was ok, but overpriced

A great stay.
The staff was very welcoming, and held our luggage safely both pre and post check-in. Breakfast was hot food and very tasty. The parking is underground, very spacious and secure. There are several restaurants within 1-2 blocks. And our room was very quiet. It is an easy walk to Warner Brothers studio tour.

Big shout out to David and Andrew (Manager). I had a flat tire and both of them showed very high level of caring. They provided me with multiple suggestions and recommendations and Andrew even extended the checkout time by a few hours. Gentlemen, my thanks to you!! Had a very pleasant stay of 2 nights and 1.5 days....very convenient location to Universal Studios, dining, Whole foods, Vons and many others. Breakfast was very good as well. Overall, very nice location and excellent staff!!
