There were some safety hazards re foot paths, crumbling brick work and unstable fence at the rear car park. Bed make on second day was poor and bathroom bin/towels were not checked on second day. Only one face washer. Bed very comfortable and other room amenities OK. Excellent location. Room was very clean.
