Steps to beach, restaurants (e.g. the Clam Box), parks, and children’s play ground. Great place to walk, to jog, picnic or just lay down to get a suntan.

Open floor plan with newly renovated chief’s kitchen, new hardwood floor throughout the house and tasteful decorations. Easy access to Boston/places-of-interests: 9 mile to Downtown Boston via I-93; 1 mile to Wollaston Subway station with Red Line T to Boston, MIT and Harvard. Bus stop is one block away. The property was very clean. It was a little drafty (we were there in winter) and to adjust the heat we would have had to contact the host. House was super comfortable, had everything we needed. Host was super responsive. Everything was easy to find. Parking was good, location was good. We stayed in winter so can’t comment on the beach experience. Playground super nearby which is great for kids.

Great ocean view. Great location. The house was a little disappointing compared to the pictures. The kitchen was fabulous - the bedrooms and bathrooms- not so much. Additionally, we had plenty of towels but only 3 washcloths for 4 people. The door to the back patio was locked so there was no access to the back.

We stayed here for a girls weekend, ranging from our 30s to our 70s...it was perfect for all of us. It is definitely a "beach house" which has a nice casual feel. Some of the bedrooms dont have privacy, but it was not an issue for us at all. The kitchen was well equipped which was great.

We had a wonderful stay for our family! The home is across the street from the beach which was incredible to be so close! The kitchen is a highlight as well, it is open, newer appliances, and has plenty of room! I recommend this to others!
