I reserved this hotel for a weekend stay after doing research on different hotels in the area (Braintree/Boston), reading reviews and looking for certain criteria like 24 hour front desk. Reviews I came across on various platforms had great things to say so I was looking forward to my mini weekend away, especially after driving for almost 6 hours to get there (I live out of state). The man at the front desk was rude only giving one word responses at best & starting at you with a blank look in response to anything you asked, guess questions were too much for him to handle. The room wasn’t as clean as I was hoping as it did not resemble review pictures. The ceiling was cracked and looked like it may have been leaking for sometime, the bathroom floor had dirty shoe prints, used towels (makeup or dirt), no garbage can liners, sink was clogged as the water would go down after an hour or so, and the shower water was freezing no matter what time you showered. Called the front desk to ask if there’s another room but no one ever answered and after driving 6hours I was too tired to do anything other than shower and go to bed. There are reviews about ordering from the hotels restaurant, which there is not & was another reason I booked this location. The only great thing about my stay was the surrounding area as there are restaurants, gas stations, a mall and coffee shops nearby so that was the only plus.
