It was bang on the water. Property was clean and the room was very spacious, clean and had a lovely ocean view with a very tiny balcony, but it had one. The only complaint I have is that the toiletries were not replenished and neither ws the coffee and tea. All an all it was a very pleasant stay

Pretty not perfect

The property is pretty, clean and comfortable- the front desk Person assigned us to another wing and parking was on the other side as well. He didn’t explain the entrance to the elevator . He saw us carrying lots of bags and not a word - not welcoming or helpful. Our window wouldn’t close the security latches aren’t working. I could hear the cars driving by. AC is next to the right side of the bed so it blows directly on the person sleeping on that side- me- I had to sleep in the couch- breakfast was advertised there was no breakfast. They offer coffee in the lobby - not tea or hot water for tea. So I’m sorry to say is very nice but a lot Of small things are to be worked out- lack of attention to details -

When we checked in, it would have been helpful when we asked if there was a restaurant, and after we were told it was closed for the season, adving us of the free coffee service in lobby starting daily at 6am would have been helpful as that info was not on any written info we were given, and there was no sign notifing us.

Beautiful decor, good location, noise issues

Clean, renovated decor, perfect location, good size rooms and bathrooms, comfortable bed, heat & a/c work perfectly but a little loud. Complementary coffee in the lobby in the morning but no decaf coffee and no tea. We stayed on the 3rd floor, we didn’t hear noises from the rooms next to us but the doors have gaps and conversations from people in the hallway could be heard very clearly even if they weren’t speaking loudly. Our room window opened which is always nice but street noise is an issue at night even in the off season. Gas fireplace in room is nice feature. Bathroom needs 2nd towel hook. Coffee brewer needs cleaning. Pool looked great but we didn’t have time to use it during our stay.

The sliding glass door in room 219 is broken. It doesn’t shut properly and there is a crack letting in the cold and daylight. The bathroom door needs to stay open because it closed on its own and smelled like mildew. The pool area is run down and needs a refresh. The beds were great and so was the fireplace!

The only negative I had was that I didn’t have hot water for a shower the entire time of my stay. At best the water was room temperature. Other than that, it was an amazing property great location and great staff
