There was no one at the front desk when I tried to check in. I called while standing there and no one answered, even after several minutes. I found staff in the laundry room and they connected me with front desk staff. When we went out for dinner, there were doors propped open by rocks, which we removed. When we returned from dinner, there was an overwhelming smell of marijuana in the staircases, hallways and even in our room.

The staff are professional and friendly. The transport from this hotel to Back Bay is a bit taxing with a bus and train combo which takes about one hour each way. The rooms are well appointed, clean with nice tv, well appointed bathroom with bath rather than shower and large bed for the single traveller.

The stay was good, the hotel was clean and it served its purpose but we were promised a Snack and the room did not come with snacks . Shouldn't advertise these things if it's not true.
