The room felt neglected. Water stains on ceiling, out fist room as soon as we used the bathroom toilet paper holder fell completely off the wall. I called down and told the office they said it’s fine. Minutes later we got asked if we wanted a different room. Got a different room and the toilet paper holder was very loose as well. And that’s where the water stain was. Then Sunday morning at 1am someone was running in the hall screaming and woke us up.

The room was very cleaned. The staff was very kind and sweet. The shower water was not warm, it was not even near the warm temperature that we get in other hotels.
