Poor service but good location

Staff attitude was rude and poor. Maria in particular was unhelpful and rude and caused us inconvenience for no reason. Room was decent but beds very uncomfortable. Location is good but if we return we wouldn’t stay here and wouldn’t recommend it due to our unpleasant experience with Maria the receptionist. Spend your money else where and stay somewhere you appreciated!

Arrived and the bathroom smells like mildew. I asked guest service to clean it and they said ok. There were mold spots on the tub and maintenance just put a little bit of caulking over it which fell right off. So probably spent days breathing in mold

It was nice and quiet, i definitely like the hot breakfast including. The only thing i can say happened we came back after 3am keys 🔑 didn't work. We didn't stay indoor any days to see anything else wrong. Well, We will definitely come back again and recommend this hotel

Review of Hotel Stay in Salem I recently stayed at this hotel in Salem, which is ideally situated for exploring the town’s many attractions. The location is fantastic, making it easy to walk to popular spots, restaurants, and shops. The beds were very comfortable, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was calm and relaxing, which made for a good night’s sleep. However, I was surprised to find the shower was not as clean as I would expect for a hotel of this caliber. It’s a small detail, but cleanliness is key to a great stay, and this was a bit of a letdown. One notable downside was the parking policy. While there is parking available, it comes with a $25 fee. Additionally, upon checkout, you are not allowed to leave your car or your luggage at the hotel while visiting the town. This made logistics a bit tricky and inconvenient for a final day of sightseeing. Overall, the hotel has its strengths in location and comfort, but the parking fee and policy, as well as attention to cleaning details, left room for improvement.

The staff was rude and not very friendly. When trying to ask for service, the staff acted like we were bothering and inconveniencing them. The fact that I had to use a key card that sporadically didn’t work for everything was massively inconvenient. Having to pay to park at the facility is also a ridiculous and unnecessary fee. The surrounding area was very trashy. It was located in a dirty dingy alley. I don’t recommend anyone stay here.
