The only negative of our trip was the bathrooms needed a fan…. Too steamy Also saw that rooms on floor 3 had dogs… which was also the breakfast floor.. otherwise great hotel

Lobby lovely. Breakfast adequate and breakfast room clean. Hallways smelled and elevator floors dirty throughout stay. Room also had an unappealing smell, hair on the pillow case. In spite of cleanliness it was a convenient location.

The location was perfect—close to all the attractions in downtown Salem, yet still quiet and comfortable. The room was very clean, modern, and well maintained, with a comfortable bed and plenty of space. The staff were friendly, welcoming. Breakfast was a nice bonus, with a good variety to start the day. Parking was convenient, which made exploring Salem very easy. Overall, I felt very comfortable and well taken care of. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Salem.

Our room was clean, the pool was great, the gym was super nice, breakfast was plentiful and had a great spread, the service was kind and helpful and the location was wonderful to be able to walk to everywhere in Salem. Our only two complaints, were that the pillows were horrible. We asked for more, and all six were bad. Also, if you are a light sleeper like us, there is a ton of road noise. We heard tons of honking and sirens every night and every morning that we stayed there for five nights. We didn't sleep well, even though the bed was very comfortable. Overall, we were happy with our stay!

The breakfast options were great especially with my picky kids. House keeping did a great job with keeping our rooms clean and comfortable each day. The staff from reception were very friendly and polite. Parking was a breeze and the location cannot be beat. I will definitely return!

Convenient Location

Great location, could easily walk to sights and train station for Boston side trip. Friendly staff. Was a little disappointed that I had to pay additional fees to park at hotel.
