The hotel was fine. The lobby is inviting and modern. The valet didn't come to the car nor offer to help. The room had two double sized beds (vs Queen) so it was tight with 3 people. The air conditioning was extremely loud so we went from turning it on just to have some cool air to turning it off to avoid the sound. Back and forth. It was, however, very clean. Not sure we will be back.

The room was clean and well-appointed, the staff courteous and kind. The only thing was that it took 25 min to get our car in the morning from the valet, which I understand with city parking; I would just have requested it earlier. I’d definitely stay here again!

Unbeatable location in back bay with access to rest, shopping, and train (T) stops. Safe elevators and neighborhood and walkable throughout back bay and to downtown Boston. Facilities in such historical building were impeccable and the staff superb. In-house bar and eating facilities were a plus. Wish bathroom was more updated and that at least a luggage rack be available.
