Great hotel in the Back bay. Nearby parks, close to transportation options, including Amtrak station. Restaurants and shops within walking distance. I was disappointed with AKA, given the price. The windows were filthy, and that was the first impression of the room. The toilet had the loudest flush ever, like a plan flush, which is tough if you are sharing a room. Also no shower cap etc. The phone in the room didn’t work and there was no room service after 10pm! On a Friday! I expect more from a hotel of this price, with a kitchen.
