We had an incredible stay at The Arcadian Hotel in Brookline! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome—kind, helpful, and always friendly. A special shoutout to Alberto, the manager, who went above and beyond and quickly felt more like a friend than hotel staff. The level of hospitality here is unmatched, and the entire experience was unforgettable. We immensely enjoyed our time at The Arcadian and absolutely plan to stay again. Highly recommend!

The property is nice and in a great location. The breakfast was also really good. However, our AC did not work in the room. I had to call for service 3 separate times. Each time, hotel staff was responsive and sent someone to work on it, but it never worked for more than a few minutes. They offered me another room, but it would have been a downgrade with only one bed, which would not have worked for us.

Over booking bullsh%t !!!!

I had booked a "tower" room MONTHS in advance for a special charity even at Fenway Park (near the hotel). The day I arrive they tell me they had overbooked and gave my room to someone else. So, I was given a "motel" style room at the very end of the indoor motel section (farthest from the lobby). Don't trust this motel with your reservation.

I was very disappointed with my stay at the Arcadian Hotel. When we arrived, the floors near the bathroom were wet—unsure with what—which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness. The remote control barely worked, as most of the buttons wouldn’t respond. The bed screeched loudly every time someone moved, and a toilet flushing sound kept going off every 5–10 minutes, which was extremely disruptive. On top of that, the key we were given didn’t work for the side entrance, so we had to walk all the way around the building every time we returned, which was inconvenient—especially late at night. For the amount I paid, I expected far better quality and comfort. Unfortunately, the stay fell short in several basic areas, and I would not recommend this hotel.

This hotel smells like a bathroom and cigarettes. The staff was inattentive and while Expedia claims breakfast is included, you will be charged an extra 30 dollars per day for it and it’s not very good. The boiled eggs were boiled till the yolk was green, there were no warm options, and the oatmeal was just packets you make yourself.

The property had been renovated to look very modern and lovely but many of the fixtures in my room were broken and not well cared for. I couldn’t shower as the shower handle was broken. I talked to the front desk and showed them a picture. They were kind and sympathetic but only gave me free parking.

We loved this hotel. Staff, especially Miggs, was always helpful. Rooms were clean, beds were great, location was perfect with T right out front! Parking was good but the ticket machine is way too high and I had to get out of the car to get one every time. Breakfast was ok, lots of breads. We would go back 100%
