I have reached out repeatedly about the disaster stay we had and the fact that our shower never worked the whole time we were there and that no one assisted us to get it fixed. I even tried to talk to the manager of the hotel in the evening when we found out, the shower was broken and in the morning when no one came to fix it and nobody helped me I’m extremely dissatisfied and I want a refund

Great location, friendly staff, comfortable beds. Continental breakfast was unimpressive (nothing hot and cooked, only pastries/bagels, a couple fruits, and a few cereals). I’m pregnant and was really missing having some protein for breakfast every day. There was an issue with the AC not working well our first night and our room was very hot for ~3 hours, but management worked quickly to get the issue resolved the same night and gave us a discount on our stay for the inconvenience. Overall a positive experience.

This is an ackward hotel. The staff is very nice. We have stayed there several times in the past and have another reservation in November. Our interior queen room is VERY SMALL! Roughly 8x12. No closet to hang clothes and no coffee maker. The showerhead also falls from the holder and can bang you in the head. Also the room had a very strong smell of mold! The breakfast is filled with bread, danish and some fruit. Very few protein options. The price we paid for this past weekend was not worth it based on what we experienced. Unfortunately, I had to prepay for my next stay in November and cannot get my money back.

Room was nice...Hotel was nice.... When we 1st arrived staff (3) was gathered around BS'ing had to wait till they finished to get checked into. Found out NO BAR or RESTURANT that is the only reason I booked so we didnt have to go out late. They had a few wine coolers and canned drinks for the bar and frozen TV dinners in the lobby. Also be aware of no phone service in your room. Went to front desk they said yes that was normal. I could not get or receive a call in my room for 3 days. Will never book here again. Place did feel safe buy when you walk down the hall way your phone service was cut off.

One star – Never again This was our third time staying here and it will be the last. The first stay was great, the second a nightmare, and this one sealed it. Check-in Saturday night was handled by an employee who never greeted us, barely looked up from his phone, and only muttered “Room 406” when handing over the key. We had booked a king suite through Expedia but were given a double queen. The front desk’s response: “Some rooms are offline, you got moved, nothing I can do.” No apology, no solution. The second night was worse. We came back to find our room at 89 degrees — the A/C was out for the entire floor. No phone in the room, so I had to go down to the desk. Their fix? Two box fans. We sweated through the night until 3–4am, with a 5am wake-up looming. At checkout, the manager offered a small partial refund, but frankly the whole stay deserved a full refund. To top it off, Expedia told us they can’t even get the hotel to respond. Between the apathetic staff, wrong room, broken A/C, and lack of accountability, this place has gone downhill fast. We will never return and strongly recommend avoiding it.

The room was large and clean. The bed was very comfortable. They had two types of pillows which was nice since I prefer a softer, down style pillow. The shower handle came right off when we turned it, and the shower itself was very narrow. The coffee was absolutely horrible. Tasted like eating coffee beans. Not a very private room, either, as without the drapes pulled, everyone in the lobby could see into the room.

I hate to have maintenance come to my room 2 of the 3 nights because air conditioner froze up and it was 77 degrees in room. They did leave me a box fan. Also the second day, they left no towels, wash clothes, hand towels, etc. in my bathroom. I had to call for those. I liked the hotel though.
