A/C stopped working during night, all of us woke up sweating. Bathroom was so small couldn’t shut door while in the toilet and shower leaks all over bathroom floor. Our reservations were for 4 adults only received 2 wash clothes & towels. When asked desk they didn’t have any wash clothes available.

Overall staff was friendly, clean hotel, had on site parking (consider it a win for downtown Boston). Getting to our room was a little confusing, and breakfast was a bit challenging to move around other guest. Other than that would stay again, nothing wrong enough to not consider it when in the area.

I booked one room a while ago through the hotel directly. Then we got tickets to another show in town so we tried to book a room directly with the hotel but they said they're full. So we booked a room through Expedia. However our original room was double queen beds and the Expedia room was a king. They could not accommodate one room so we had to check out the morning after day one, store our bags, and wait for a new room to be ready. We ended up walking around town and I was called when the room was ready. When we checked in again we noticed it was one queen bed. I was too tired to argue about the size. The check-in staff was hit or miss. The first room had broken AC. At one in the morning I asked the front staff for help, she graciously came and got it working. When we woke up the room was 76° again. There were no cups in the room. The shower was clean and the water was hot. The room was very spacious but hot as I mentioned. We didn't bother to complain again. there was a beeping sound that woke me up the first night. I guess their ambiance sounds didn't work so you just hear a bing bing sound when it's broken. I don't stay in Boston very often but if I had to come back I don't know if I would pick this location again? Some of the staff was friendly others not so friendly. Also they never asked me anything or offered like do you know how to get to your room? I had to ask for everything. This is odd usually the guest staff would explain how to get to your room.

Extra charges when checking in that weren’t listed. Breakfast bar was all sugar and pastries, staff was rude, no cups in the rooms for even water, stated that they had a dining/ bar which wasn’t available. Very over priced for what we received

My wife & I drove to Boston for a commencement and stayed at the hotel overnight. The hotel is conveniently located close to the schools, yet quiet. It is clean and the rooms are comfortable. The breakfast was not much to expect though!

First room had non-working thermostat and remote for TV, didn't work. 2nd room had non-operative TV. 3rd room was OK. Took over an hour to get a room where everything worked. This is a terrible property - at least for the rooms on the lower floors - no outside windows. Layout reminiscent of a cell block. Zero amenities in room - no cups, no pen, no writing pad, not en a luggage stand. TV is an overcomplicated streaming gadget that requires you to log into Google and use your phone as a remote. Bathroom is basic. Lot of fees tacked onto the room rate - e.g. $30 "facility fee" that covers the "complimentary" breakfast. Cellular reception inside the building is poor. Very poor value - do not recommend.

We had last minute travel changes and took a room here last minutes. Hit with hidden additional charges at check in. Broken lamp in room. Calling yesterday’s re-used pastries a complimentary continental breakfast is a stretch. Still waiting for security deposit to be refunded. Won’t be back.

Check-in time was for four. We had to wait in the lobby until a room was ready at 4:35. Could not get the television to work, even after calling eight hundred number. Going to bed, we could not figure out how to use the alarm clock. The shower and the continental breakfast were good. No compensation for room not ready. Will NOT stay here again or recommend.
