I arrived at 10 PM. While checking in the staff said that someone else named Collins was in my original room. They had to go find a room for me. I waited in the bar for 15 minutes. The staff was nice, but it was annoying to have to wait at 10 o’clock at night. The bedside lamps did not work except from a hallway switch not one next to the bed. I don’t understand how they didn’t have a room for me when I got there.
