Gepflegte Wohnung in ruhiger Lage
Die Wohnung ist gut gepflegt und bietet, wenn einem die Souterrain-Lage nicht stört, einen angenehmen Rückzugsort nach der täglichen Inselerkundung. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter, sowohl via Mail als auch telefonisch, war sehr nett. Um ins Zentrum und zum Hauptstand zu kommen, lohnt es sich, bei einem der zahlreichen Anbieter ein Fahrrad zu mieten. Wenn man gut zu Fuß ist, kann man aber auch gut zu Fuß zu Süd- und Hauptstrand wandern. Es lohnt sich auch, die nahegelegenen Wäldchen zu erkunden. Praktisch an der Lage ist die Nähe zum Lidl und Bäcker.

Sehr niedliche kleine Wohnung, liebevoll eingerichtet und für ein paar Tage Urlaub / zwei Personen völlig ausreichend. Im Vorfeld völlig problemloser, netter Mailkontakt mit dem Vermieter. Der Mietvertrag wird zugesendet und in diesem sind alle ggf. aufkommenden Fragen bereits sehr ausführlich beantwortet. Wie vom Vermieter beschrieben, liegt die Wohnung angenehm ruhig, aber ein Stück vom Zentrum entfernt. Daher sollte der Hinweis des Vermieters unbedingt beachtet werden. Die Anreise mit Fahrrad o.ä.ist sinnvoll Wir haben die Wohnung unter der Vorraussetzung gebucht, dass wir beide fit und gut zu Fuss sind. Leider hat sich das dann sehr kurzfristig anders ergeben. Auch kurze Laufstrecken konnten nur erschwert zurückgelegt werden. Radfahren war leider ebenfalls nicht möglich. Ein Fahrrad-/ E-Mobil Verleih ist aber in der Nähe. Mit dem E-Mobil konnten wir dann doch gemeinsam über die Insel "spazieren". ;-). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind alle fußläufig erreichbar.

Solide Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist schön und modern eingerichtet. Es ist alles nötige vorhanden. Für zwei Personen hat die Wohnung eine gute Größe. Allerdings ist die Wohnung sehr hellhörig! Beispielsweise bekommt man jedes Mal mit, wenn die Bewohner der oberen Wohnung die Toilette verwenden. Ebenfalls sind duch die Kellerlage einige Spinnen in der Wohnung. Leider gab es auch nur einen Schlüssel. Mit dem Fahrrad ist alles nötige schnell erreichbar. Insgesamt war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Modernisierte Souterrain-Wohnung
Die Wohnung im Souterrain wirkt im Hauptraum hell und ist modern eingerichtet. Der Wohn-/Essbereich mit Kochnische entspricht genau den Bildern. Ausstattung der Küche gut. Großzügig Geschirr vorhanden. Positiv hervorzuheben sind ebenso die Innenrollos sowie die Hakenleisten, die auf den Türrahmen angebracht sind und so für Ordnung sorgen. Entgegen der Modernisierung der Räume/ Böden war die Wohnungstür nicht abgedichtet, was zu Tür-Klappern und dauerhaftem Luftzug führte. Weniger lobenswert sind das Bett (es schwankte bei jeder Drehung, wie in einem Schiffsbauch), die fehlende Ablagemöglichkeit/ Lichtquelle neben einer Bettseite ( aufgrund der direkten Schrank-Seitenwand) und das extrem beengte Bad, das zwar nichts für seine geringe qm Nutzfläche kann - dessen Kombination von neuem Waschbecken und einem viel zu weit in dessen Beckentiefe hinein ragenden Spiegelschrank dagegen eine gefahrlose Gesichtswäsche erheblich erschwerte. Der Grundgeruch bei Betreten der Wohnung war mit einem Wort: modrig. Ob das ein Grund dafür war, weshalb Tag - und Nacht die Haupt-Haustüre offen stand? Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut ( Bäcker 5 Min per Rad) und es ist herrlich ruhig. Auch die klare Empfehlung des Vermieters, nur per Fahrrad anzureisen, war sehr sinnvoll.

Der Aufenthalt in Fewo war soweit in Ordnung. Bedingt durch die Lage im Tiefparterre hatten wir Besuch von einer Maus und mehreren Spinnen. Einen zweiten Schlüssel hätten wir uns gewünscht.

Eine schöne Ferienwohnung gerade richtig um Einlass Tage auf Borkum zu verbringen. Mit dem Rad ist alles schnell zu erreichen.

Van alle gemakken voorzien, badkamer is een beetje krap. Handdoeken waren niet inbegrepen, zoals de advertentie al aangaf. Gelegen in een stille buitenwijk, supermarkt en uitstekende viswinkel op loopafstand.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Uns hat's gefallen!
Wir haben uns in der schönen Souterrain-Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie liegt etwas außerhalb des Ortszentrums, aber Bäckerei, Lidl und Strand sind direkt um die Ecke. Ansonsten alles super, eine Grundausstattung (Seife im Bad oder ein 2. Müllbeutel z.B.) wäre optimal gewesen. Check-in selbstständig über Schlüsseltresor, den Vermieter haben wir nicht persönlich getroffen, hatten aber auch keine Probleme und er hat mit uns im Vorfeld per E-Mail geschrieben.
