The property was great overall. 2 adults and our teenage daughter spent over a week here and were very happy. Plenty of room inside and really enjoyed the 2 levels of outdoor space.

Wonderful Stay at a Great Location

We had a wonderful time at Ben's property. It was at a perfect location for us being close to everything we wanted to visit, and a short walk or drive to Patterson Park and an Aldi grocery store which was great. We were a little worried about the parking situation, but like everyone else mentioned we definitely didn't need to be because we never had any issues and were able to park right out front of the house. Our favorite memories were definitely on July 4th because we were able to hang out on the rooftop deck and enjoy the fireworks from a 360 degree view! My kids also really enjoyed the chess set. They had so much fun playing it. Overall we had a wonderful stay thank you!

Cozy and Convenient Stay

The house was very clean, and the hosts were helpful and responsive. We had no problems finding parking; entertainment, parks, restaurants, and waterfront are all super close. The neighbors were friendly, which also made us feel welcomed. The 2-level deck wasn't as big as we thought it would be, but it is still a nice feature.

Area was convenient for just about everything we needed. We were slightly concerned about parking, but there was plenty off street parking within a block the entire stay. Ben was great with communication, and we would definitely stay again.
