It took over 45 minutes to check in the long was out the door only 3 people working gave us the wrong room and then couldn’t get the room we paid for. We were locked out the key system wouldn’t work. Only 4 working elevators for over 660 rooms. Very upset and feel we should be compensated from this hotel

Check in terrible. Website offered advance check in. It did not work. When desk was approached, early check in not available. Didn't want the room early, simply check in and get key when room was ready. When check in was allowed, stood in line 40 minutes. The following morning, there was a 10 minute wait for the elevator.
