Three stars at best. I “upgraded” to a one bedroom suite. Either, I didn’t get the correct room or they don’t have one bedrooms suites. When I attempted to clear up the issue with my room the young lady at the desk was dismissive. I definitely would not recommend this hotel based on my experience. Paid alot to get very little in return. All in all a bad investment on my part.

This is a great hotel in the Inner Harbor in Baltimore! It's a classy, unique establishment. The room was very spacious with a separate entry way with a closet, the bathroom, and a fridge and counter. The room had a large TV and a desk/workspace area. The parking was extremely convenient. Be aware that there is a $100 per day incidentals charge and budget correctly! Overall, this is a great place to stay, and I'd highly recommend it if you want a comfortable, boutique hotel in Baltimore near the Inner Harbor and within walking distance of the ballpark and football stadium.

My room was not clean one of the days, although I told the housekeeper to come back. The free internet connection was weak. The staff were very nice when interacting with them

Great job, Sonesta!

Very quiet and clean. The condition of the room, bed and furniture were the best we’ve ever encountered. Eating establishments were few and far between but great proximity to the Inner Harbor with views from our room and so close to Camden Yards. We walked to the Orioles game. Great job, Sonesta!
