We loved our stay at the Hotel Indigo. It is very convenient to Peabody Conservatory. We could walk there in about 5 minutes, but chose to get an Uber at night time, as we were not so sure about the area’s safety. During the day it is OK, if you keep your wits about you, as you would in any large city. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and always eager to help. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Linens and toiletries smelled amazing. Breakfast was great, but I recommend going down for breakfast early, as when we finished our breakfast at around 8:30, there was a short line of people waiting for tables. It was probably just 2 or 3 groups, though, and I don’t know how long they had to wait. Parking was also not a problem, as there is a garage just across the street with overnight parking for $14/day

Customer Service was top notch. I loved the hospitality. The young man name T was very nice, he made checking in easy. The two ladies at the ftont desk were helpful. Scott at the bar, thanks for that drink. Thank you security for making sure we were safe. I recommend this hotel.
