A comfortable sleep and the valet was great in timing and getting our vehicle. Unfortunately the breakfast staff was overwhelmed and it took 1/2 hour before being seated and breakfast took another hour to come. Our waitress said it’s like this every weekend which means they need to hire more staff. On checkout, the front desk clerk was passive aggressive when asked for our receipt to be emailed. Not a friendly end to our stay.

We arrived and were greeted by friendly staff, and our room was clean and spacious. Our first night we noticed the heat was making an odd sound and was running constantly. By morning we had sweatshirts and sweatpants on in bed. We reported it to the Front Desk. There was a maintenance person in our room in under 5 minutes. He had it "fixed" and we left for the day. We returned that afternoon to a warm room! We left again for dinner came back same issue; room was ice cold by morning. We reported it again. Maintenance was there again and spent some time working on it. We left again for the day. We returned to a cold room. The hotel was completely full due to the Army Navy Game and there was nowhere to move us to. We understood because we were there for the game too. GO NAVY! We survived the weekend a little chilly at times, but the Staff did their jobs and made it their priority to help us. I hope the got the heat fixed for the next guest.
