My fiancé and I traveled to Baltimore for her birthday. We don’t expect to spend the night until the last minute, which means we had no toiletries. I went to take a shower and there was one little piece of soap and no body wash. When I went to the receptionist she said she’d get right on it. No one ever showed up. When I checked out I let her know and her response was a blank stare. I asked her do she hear me and she responded “Yes”. NOT ACCEPTABLE.!!!

Nice clean hotel. Venue for a concert we attended was easy to walk to. Variety of places for eating and drinks. Breakfast was good and had a nice variety. Staff was excellent. Would stay here again.

Rude rude rude!!!! Did not tell us there is no on site parking! Monique the desk receptionist was completely rude to us checking in saying we needed a key to enter the facility however we hadn’t even checked it yet to get a key. She was just all around not customer friendly. Then they would not deal with the loud music playing until 2AM!
